1. Why do I need to give you my contact information to place an order?
We ask our customers to provide us with basic contact information to expedite the verification and delivery process. In particular we ask for a valid phone number so that we can quickly confirm any questionable orders. By providing this information you are not only helping us to speed up the delivery process, you are also helping to protect yourself and other customers from unauthorized purchases. And donít worry, we take your privacy very seriously and will not release your personal information to a third party for any reason.

2. How do I pay using Paypal?
If you havenít already set up a Paypal account we suggest you start by doing that: itís free, convenient, and totally secure. Just head over to www.paypal.com and click on their big "Sign Up Now" button and follow the directions from there. If you do not want to sign up for an account you can still pay normally through Paypal using a Credit or Debit Card, just follow the standard check out procedures on our site. In either case we choose Paypal to process your online payments because it provides unmatched security for you and convenience for us.

3. I Don't want to sign up for Paypal, Can I just use a Credit Card?
Absolutely, a 99 cent fee applies to all credit card orders. Your information is securely processed with 128bit Encryption through our credit card processor, 2checkout.com

4. What payment methods are available to me besides Paypal or Credit Card?
We are more than happy to accept payments by money order, personal check or Western Union. To use any of these options just select your preferred method at checkout, and your order will automatically be recorded and you will be given precise step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process at that time. Please remember that using money orders or personal checks will substantially increase delivery time, as it typically takes between 4 and 10 days to receive and process payment by mail.

Any returned checks, the provider†will be assest a $30.00 overdraft charge by Drivingtidbits.com as well as†any other charges from your financial institution

5.Can I get a refund?
We refund for stock items, returned in their original carton and unused. Please notify us within 5 business days for return authorization.

No refunds on special sizes, special orders or custom items. On custom orders, be careful, measure twice, order once. Once it is ordered, its yours.

6. How long will I wait for my items?
If the item you ordered is in stock, we will usually ship the item within 36 hours after it has been paid. ( See payments accepted )

If the item is ordered for our Amish maker, such as a custom order or an order we are temporarily out of stock, the usual lead time ( time to wait ) is 3 weeks. In this case, we will drop ship your items for quicker service.

From time to time we will ship direct to you from our vendor. When this is done, it is in the essence of saving time.

8. What if the item doesn't fit?

Send me an email at sales@drivingtidbits.com .†As with most stores, we carry additional items other than what is shown on-line. We will send an email response within 24 hours as to availability and pricing.

Custom orders require more time to process. I can let you know how long to process at the time of your request

Yes. The handling charge has been fiqured into the shipping charges.

We strive to keep the handling charges to a minimum, but it costs us to box and deliver your products.

We are diligent in keeping our website with current pricing. However from time to time, our suppliers raise their prices. You will be charged for items at their current market prices.
